This is our second unit from Pine Acres in Stewiacke. The salesman Gene is an excellent person to deal with, when we are ready for our third unit we will be looking him up. Very kind man, took the time to remember our kids names and enjoyed the company. Steve in sales is also excellent to deal with. We love our new Cruiser 5th wheel and are enjoying every second of it thanks to Pine Acres.Thank you Gene

Pine acres have been very helpful with the 2016 hemisphere we purchased and any services we needed weather at a campground or at pine acres has been great
Getting a little frustrated. Ordered trailer end of January with deposit placed. Told to expect a call end March early April to come and sign papers. When second week of April came and no call we started calling. Told should be week or so. Nothing. We followed up. Told flatbed broken which caused delay. Told should be a week. Called again now told should be within next 2 weeks. Not feeling very confident so far with company. First long weekend is in 2 weeks and our old trailer is already sold and our season is already booked. If it's back ordered tell us so we can plan. It's not just having it the day before the weekend. Trailer needs to be packed and set up which takes time. I'm sure they can get an answer from the manufacturer and either they are not bothering or they don't want to admit what time frame it will be. We expect to be kept up to date. My review can easily change up or down depending how they decide to continue to handle this either way.Quick response back after hours which is good. As I said previously. As long as you take the time to communicate with us regularly with updates from them then I'm happy. But if I feel we are being a bother looking for an update then we won't be happy. Look forward to hear from someone next week on the latest update.Canceled trailer as we couldn't wait any longer. In stock at another dealer. Refunded deposit no problem.
