I bought a 5M roll of hose from Roseland via their e-commerce store. The description of the item only listed the dimensions of the hose but not the length. The product page photo was of a 5M roll with a manufacturers part number. That part number is for a 5M roll of hose. The description on my receipt did not include a length confirmation.Roseland ships me 1M of hose and charges me $16CAD in shipping (NS to ON). I send them an email informing them of the missing 4M. They said hose is sold in 1M lengths and acknowledged the lack of info on the website followed by We will have this corrected and try to insure more accurate descriptions on other items.So your e-commerce store contains omissions, you admit this, you send me 1/5 of what I thought I bought and youll try to do better?Pathetic. I will never buy anything from Roseland again. If you choose to do so, expect not to receive what you ordered with no accountability for their hopelessly incomplete e-commerce store.
I've been dealing with Brian and Chris for years now for local, quality, VW (and a few specialty) parts. Two very real people who go above and beyond to keep their customers satisfied. It's unfortunate the individual who left the poor review did so without trying to have his issue resolved; I have no doubt they would have made things right if given the opportunity. I will continue to deal with the company and appreciate all the support they've offered over the years.
Have been buying parts for Volkswagen from Brian for years, he replies in a very timely manner and will do everything and anything he can do to deliver what you want for when you want it. Continue to do business on a daily basis , great guy to deal with .
